REFUND POLICY

After 30 days, all sales are final.

 

Orders/Items can be returned for exchanges only within 30 days of purchase. If a return or exchange is made, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping of the original product and shipping charges for the new product to be shipped. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, you will still be responsible for the cost of the outbound and inbound shipping and those costs will be deducted from any refund due. If a product is defective, we must be made aware of the defect within 72 hours of receiving the order. In the event of a defect, an even exchange will

be provided at no charge and must be exchanged in its original packaging.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).  These include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error-

  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here before shipping anything to us.  Once confirmed that you should return your item to us, our shipping address is:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Proper Use of Product

The SoccerBox was constructed to withstand repeated strikes from a standard soccer ball size 4 or smaller.

 

SoccerBox and Water Damage

 

The SoccerBox is a premium wood product and should be treated properly.  While we have provided protection to the goal to resist water damage, this product should not be left out overnight or in the rain.  Water damage will void your ability to receive a refund regardless of how many days have passed since you purchased this product.  To prevent scratches or damages we recommend keeping it covered by purchasing our carrying case. 

 

Damaged Packages

 

Occasionally packages are damaged in transit and must be replaced. We must be notified of a damaged package within 72 hours of receiving the package. We will handle the pickup of the damaged package and ship a replacement product. Damaged product must be returned in the original packaging.

 

SoccerBox Soccer Ball Replacement

 

The SoccerBox Soccer Ball is guaranteed for 30 days after date of purchase. Please be aware that this ball is a lightweight soccer ball specifically made for enhanced game play with the SoccerBox.  It is not an official soccer ball and should only be used for light play and only pumped up to a pressure of 4-6 pounds.  Be careful not to overinflate as it may result in damage to the ball and this will void your right to a refund or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refund Process:

 

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
